Contracts Manager – Minor Works

A reputable local building contractor based on the outskirts of Exeter are looking to bolster their operational team in the form of a Contracts Manager. Trading for over 130 years, they predominantly work across the commercial and industrial sectors as well as listed building. Typical contract values range from £500 – £1M This position will be to oversee multiple contracts, averaging out between 4 and 5 jobs at any one time, depending on complexity and size of the job. Reporting into the Commercial Director, duties will be robust and include the full management of contracts from inception through to completion, as well as liaising closely with the commercial team with regard to budgets and costings etc. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years as a Contracts Manager, ideally for a main contractor Construction related qualification preferred Experience in managing multiple contracts up to £1M Ability to build strong client relationships Please click on the “Apply Now” button to be considered for this role.
