Community Staff Nurse – District Nursing

You will provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. You will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the district nursing team to provide a quality nursing service. It is essential you re a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration and have good communication skills. A current Driving Licence is desirable. The hours of this post are worked 30 hours per week including weekends and public holidays. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotland’s PVG Scheme.
