Job Details We have a number of part time Catering Assistant positions available in over 300 schools throughout the county. Our staff work around 10 hours per week, but there are positions from 5 to 25 hours. These positions are Monday to Friday over the lunchtime period. The salary for catering assistant positions is £8.75per hour . Setting up the dining area, serving children and assisting with cleaning duties are all part of a typical day’s work too. You will need to get on well with colleagues and customers alike, so your friendly nature will get every opportunity to shine. If you work well in a team and have a flexible attitude, then we’ll provide you with all the training you need. An enhanced DBS ‘Disclosure and Barring Service’ check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) and the Children’s and Adults’ Barred List checks will be required for this role.
