Providing a cleaning and general maintenance service for tenants throughout Perth and Kinross. The role involves weekend working within Perth City multi-storeys and joining up with the mobile caretaking team through the week Hours of Work: Friday 0800 to 1300 Saturday and Sunday 0800 to 1200 Monday 0800 to 1300 – this day is negotiable for a Thursday Caretaking or cleaning experience beneficial although not essential. You will give a high priority to customer satisfaction, respect and apply our customer service standards, make every effort to find out what the customer need and try to exceed customer expectations. You will promote a professional image of self and the housing service and apply confidentiality appropriately, taking account of data protection and other legal and regulatory requirements.
