You will be part of the Administration and Clerical Team within Homelessness and Asylum Health Services providing Admin support to the GP challenging behavior service and working directly with the multi- disciplinary team (MDT) across 2 sites, to support the services. You will be required to provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to all members of the team, and provide cross cover within larger admin team and reception cover. It is essential that you are a proficient typist with excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities. You must show competence in the use of range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. You must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems while dealing with service users in busy reception and on the phone throughout the day.
