Responsibilities

Come join our NYC team! We have a new Assistant Account Executive opportunity within our NYC office.
The AAE position is a hybrid position that is responsible for execution excellence as well as working hand and hand with the AE on this new piece of exciting business to be discussed in the first round interview with recruiter.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing the timely delivery of client projects within budget and with exceptional quality. You will own the project execution from concept approval to production, which includes:
  • Develops a practical work schedule for development and execution of programs and materials
  • Ensures that creative is routed to all appropriate team members for approvals
  • Partners with the production, art buying, legal, studio, digital, broadcast, etc
• Ensures alignment and accountability among team members on projects
• Fiscal responsibility:
  • Ensures estimates are completed in a timely manner and accurate to SOW
  • Partners with finance on reviewing reports monthly and providing billing direction and closing out projects
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability

Qualifications

Candidates that would be perfect fit for this account would have a basic understanding of promotional marketing and have had an internship in a marketing agency.
We are looking for someone that is proactive, organized, resourceful, a team player, and able to develop great relationships.
New graduates please apply but an agency marketing internship is required.
