Our client based in Lichfield is looking for an assembly operative for an immediate start. The client is top on the supply chain to Jaguar-Landrover and other automotive manufacturers. The duties of the position can range from working in the logistics area organising sub assemblies for use on the production line, using hand tools to assemble premium interior parts such as dashboards and door panels. The candidate will be required to work a three week rotating shift Mon – Fri 6AM – 2PM, 2PM- 10PM and 10PM- 6AM. The position is a ongoing position that leads to a full time position for the right candidates, a fantastic start to a career in the automotive industry. No experience necessary. Pay includes shift pay and a premium for the week of night work. Due to the location of the client, candidates must have their own transport.
