AS0539 – Team Manager

Job Advert You will lead and support our Assessment and Care Planning Teams which focus on discharging people from hospitals in the Falkirk Council area using a reablement and home first ethos. The teams consist of a number of experienced and committed staff . A DipSW or equivalent, Dip COT/BSc OT, and registration with either SSSC or HPC is essential. Extensive experience in assessment ,care planning and reablement provision ,continuing professional development or post-qualification award, particularly in management, plus experience of budget management is highly desirable. You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area. This post is temporary until April 2019 to cover a Secondment.
