Requirements It is essential that you have an HNC qualification or equivalent level, excellent IT skills and moderate experience within an educational or administration environment. Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme. Responsibilities To allocate, co-ordinate and monitor the work of general clerical service staff, acting as a focal point for clerical staff, whilst also taking responsibility for the operation of the financial systems including DSM and Imprest account. The Individual You should have a working knowledge of financial and administrative systems and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. .
