Job Profile for Accountant – AK132543 Our client, based near Goole, is seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to continue delivering quality service. The ideal candidate will come from a practice background with at least 3 years’ experience. You will be confident in your abilities, able to deliver a high standard of quality and ideally be fully or part ACCA qualified. The Accountant role will be working within a small, close-knit team and the successful candidate will ideally have working knowledge of IRIS and Sage although this is not essential. Lead Accountant Position Overview Producing year-end accounts for a range of clients Computing and preparing Tax returns for a variety of clients. Production of management accounts Advising clients on accounts and tax aspects. Bank reconciliations Payroll processing Cloud accounting Lead Accountant Position Requirements ACCA or other similar qualification 3 years’ practice experience Confident with various software packages such as IRIS, Sage and Xero Experience with Tax may be beneficial Lead Accountant Position Remuneration £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience 28 day’s holiday including Bank Holidays Pension scheme Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
